Return/Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
We only accept returns and process refunds in the event that a wrong product is delivered. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any other reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, size, or color preference.
If you have received an incorrect product, please contact our customer support team at contact@gadgetsglam.shop within 2 days of receiving the item. In your email, please provide the following information:
– Order number
– Name of the item received
– Description of the incorrect item
– Clear photographs showing the incorrect item (if possible)
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
Replacement Policy
✔ Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on https://www.gadgetsglam.shop . If there is a manufacturing defect in the product, in case of damage or a default product, we offer you a free replacement policy for damaged products. The damaged or default goods will be picked up by our logistics team and sent.
✔ The product that is available in stock will be exchanged; otherwise, a refund will be given.
✔ The product that is defective or damaged will be provided as a new product or 100% replacement, but there will be no refund.
✔ If the customer has placed the wrong order and needs immediate replacement, they will have to return the order at their own expense and have to pay the courier charges for the replaced order.
✔ If the customer gets the wrong product, they will get a replacement only in 7 days; after 7 days, the replacement policy will expire.
✔ If a customer places a COD order and refuses to accept the order at the delivery time and gets returned to us without accepting the delivery, for such customers, if they place an order again, then they compulsorily have to place a prepaid order. A COD order will not be processed by us for the same customer because we bear the loss of two-way packing and courier costs, so in that case we have the complete right to cancel such an order
✔ If customer place a Prepaid order and still refuses to accept the order at the delivery time, it gets returned to us without accepting the delivery and the same customer will place an order again, Then we will decide whether to process and dispatch their order or cancel their order.
NOTE : As explained earlier, to be eligible for a free replacement, return, or refund of any item, the buyer must provide an authenticated unboxing video that can support the buyer’s claim. No replacement claim will be accepted without an unboxing video.
Cancellation Policy
✔ You will not be able to cancel orders on Tempered glass, screen guards, etc.
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
